Email blender by New York Times

The New York Times, a familiar Newspaper caught on wrong foot by wrongly sending emails to millions of its readers. Actually the NY Times was planning to send mails to those who cancelled subscriptions recently by stating them they can have Newspapers at 50% discount for four months. But the whole plan collapsed as it was found subsequently the mails were sent to 8.6 millions who had provided their mail ID to NY Times. Later the Times Spokes Women, Eilean Murphy regretted on the mistake. The fun aspect of the whole episode added color when the Newspaper twitted by informing its readers to ignore the emails who received regarding the subscription and discount.
